I love this little thing! It truly is so helpful in keeping track of all your sets in the gym. My mind tends to wander or get lost in the music in between sets, especially in powerlifting because my rest times are longer, and more often than not I’m left guessing what set I’m on at least once a session. The set mate is not only the perfect solution to this, but also so cute and doesn’t feel bulky at all on my tiny wrists!

Tracking your workouts with your Apple Watch is one thing but actually being able to track your sets has made a world of difference for me. I go to the gym at three in the morning every day so I’m not usually the most clear minded during my workouts lol. Definitely recommend. Hoping to buy a few for my besties here soon

I don't know what it is about this little bracelet but I feel so accomplished every time I can move a bead over and reset it for the next workout, it's like after every set I am being told "Good Job, you did it!"
